I started Memorial University Of Newfoundland with a passion for Computer Science. Now in my 4th year, I am studying a bachelors in Computer Science and a minor in Business Administration.
Along the way I realized I love so much more than just sitting on my computer. I love talking to people. I love helping people. I love creating something that has an impact on the ones around me. I am working on a startup with the mission of accessibility.

Studying business has allowed me to explore the extroverted side of myself. I love talking with people about topics that I am passionate about and most importantly I value listening to people. I see Business as the science of markets and products.
I have worked in startups to learn and listen to how people talk and carry tasks. I have applied the networking and skills I learned to my own startup to create my own sustainable business.
Effective communication and listening, critical thinking, and task setting, are skills that I continue to learn and apply to my daily life. Taking the leadership role in a group project feels natural to me.
For a leader, humility, empathy, responsibility, and practicality are qualities that are important among many other ones. I try to learn from the people I network with how they express them and how I can be a better leader.

Videos of various projects including TECNISHE, a tool designed to reduce emergency room waiting times; ElonsAdventures, a game created with SFML; and Mentics, a game developed with Unity3D for children with autism to improve communication skills through the emulation of the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS).
